Shuttle Service


Calgary - Waterton

To assist delegates with ground travel between Calgary and Waterton the conference organizers have partnered with local transportation company Mountain Perks.

Shuttle Price: $75 each way, plus 6% GST.

     The estimated travel time between Calgary and Waterton
     is 3.5 - 4 hours. Please also see the shuttle service
     accommodations information below when planning your travel.

Reservations: Please reserve your shuttle seat online. Please use the following instructions as a guide.

  1. Click on the "Shuttle" tab in the "BOOK ONLINE!" box.
  2. Put in the dates for which you wish shuttle service (based on the above schedule). Only consider shuttles referenced as the Parks Conference Shuttle.
  3. Select your shuttle. If any of the shuttle times indicated above is missing please contact Madalena at info@peaceparks2007.org.
  4. View the policies for your shuttle selection. These provide instructions from Mountain Perks including the cancellation policy.
  5. In the requests box please indicate the pick-up location (Calgary - indicate Airport or Hilton Garden Inn pick-up; Waterton - indicate which hotel). Press Click to Add.

Shuttle Service Accommodations
Delegates may receive the "Mountain Perks" preferred rate of $129 plus tax per night at the Calgary Hilton Garden Inn (close to the Calgary Airport). Reservations can be made online or by calling 1-403-717-1999. Please indicate on the online comments or on your call that you wish the "Mountain Perk" preferred rate.

The Calgary Hilton Garden Inn has a 24 hour complimentary shuttle from the Airport to the hotel. Please request shuttle pick-up when making your reservation. When you arrive at the airport call the hotel at 717-1999 for pick-up.

Mountain Perks shuttles will arrive at the Calgary Hilton Garden Inn approximately 20 minutes after the airport times indicated above.


Car Rental

Vehicles may be rented from a number of rental companies operating out of the Calgary International Airport.
