Rooms have been blocked at numerous locations in Waterton. Please note that at some locations, rooms were unavailable to be blocked for all conference nights at this advanced date. We encourage delegates to inquire again with those locations when making reservations. Also note, rooms are only blocked up to the date indicated for each location.
Accommodations are limited in Waterton therefore we encourage delegates to book early even if you have to cancel or change your reservation at a later date.
Please specify that you are with the Parks, Peace and Partnerships Conference when making your reservation.

Bear Mountain Motel: Rooms are blocked until July 1, 2007 for September 8 to September 12, 2007 inclusive. Rates vary from $70 to $135 per night.
Waterton Lakes Lodge: Rooms have been blocked until August 9, 2007 for September 9 to September 12, 2007 inclusive at a conference rate of $125 per night. Note: There are limited rooms available on the evening of September 9, 2007.
Crandell Mountain Logde: Rooms are blocked until July 1, 2007 for September 9 to September 12, 2007 inclusive. Rates vary from $129 to $209.
Kilmorey Lodge: Rooms are blocked until June 8, 2007 for September 9 to September 12, 2007 inclusive. Rates vary from $129 to $252 per night.
Waterton Glacier Suites: Suites are blocked until July 8, 2007 for September 9 to September 12, 2007 inclusive. Rates vary from $149 to $259.
Aspen Village Inn: Cottages are blocked until June 8, 2007 for September 9 to September 12, 2007 inclusive at rates of $154 to $242 per night. Rooms are also blocked until June 8, 2007 for September 10 to September 12, 2007 inclusive at rates of $154 to $271 per night.
Prince of Wales Hotel: Rooms are blocked until July 1, 2007 for September 9 to September 12, 2007 inclusive at a conference rate of $159.
Bayshore Inn: Rooms are blocked until July 22, 2007 for September 8 and 9, 2007 at a conference rate of $135.
Other Accommodations:
Waterton Townsite Campground: Campground reservations can be made starting in March. Unserviced sites are $23.75 per night. Services sites are $32.65 per night.

Accommodation in Calgary
Calgary Hilton Garden Inn: All Delegates wishing to stay in Calgary before or after the conference may received the preferred rate of $129 plus tax per night at the Calgary Hilton Garden Inn (close to the Calgary Airport). Reservations can be made online or or by calling 1-403-717-1999. Please indicate on the online comments or on your call that you wish the "Mountain Perk" preferred rate.
Shuttle Service to and from the conference (with pick-up from the Calgary Airport or the Calgary Hilton Garden Inn) has also been arranged through a partnership with a local transportation company Mountain Perks. Please click here for more details.
